RR Assessment Platform is a tool for qualified professionals and the practices they work in. By creating a workspace you confirm that you will use it for your professional work.
The questionnaires and scores in this platform are screening and monitoring aids. They do not diagnose or treat any condition. Decisions about care remain the responsibility of the clinician.
You are responsible for the people you add, for obtaining the consent you need from your clients before they complete an assessment, and for keeping your login details secure. Each practice's data is kept separate from every other practice.
You keep ownership of the assessments and information you enter. Do not upload material you do not have the right to use, including copyrighted tests.
A trial lasts for the period shown when you sign up. When it ends the workspace becomes read-only until a plan is chosen; your data is kept. Plans, prices and limits are those shown on the plans section of the home page.
Do not attempt to access other practices' data, to disrupt the service, or to use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend a workspace that does.
The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and accurate but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
