Account details (name, email, a hashed password), the practice's details, the clients a practice adds, the assessments, answers and scores, and a log of actions taken in the workspace.
Only the people in that practice, according to their role: center administrators, the therapist responsible for a client, and the client themselves for their own results. People in other practices cannot see it.
Passwords are stored hashed, sessions are protected, every practice's data is separated, and sensitive actions are recorded in an audit log. Use a strong password and keep it private.
We do not sell your data or your clients' data, and we do not use it for advertising.
The practice is responsible for telling its clients how their information is used and for having their consent. The practice can ask for a client's data to be corrected or deleted.
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a language preference. We do not use advertising cookies.
